I was recently contacted by a repeat customer to build a small cabinet to house the access panel for their home security system. I should've taken better pictures, sorry.
The cabinet measures only one and a quarter inches deep by 6 inches wide by 8 inches tall. It features through tenons on the top and bottom of the case. It is quartersawn white oak. The finishing process was quite simple, one application of transtint dark mission brown followed by a single coat of walnut danish oil. Follow this with several coats of rattle can satin lacquer.
