    Chillian (sp) Pine?

My daughter is going to purchase couple bedroom
dressers that are made out Chillian (sp) pine.

    Anybody know about this wood.

Possibly Radiata pine thats plantation grown in Chile?

It's maybe a bit soft for furniture, but thats just pine in general. If pine is what she wants is as good an any other

    Cheers

    Weird lookin tree...

If its really Chilean pine. Could be the furniture is made of plantation radiata though, like Ian suggests, probably more likely.
