Packed the wife's grocery getter on Friday and drove to Harrisonburg VA. We had a party on Saturday:

My parents' 50th wedding anniversary was actually on Friday, and my mother's birthday was Saturday!

yep, they're a special couple all righty. 1000 miles in less than 72 hours. Thankfully I arranged to take today off from work or I'd be really hurting right about now.

I did indeed, albeit from my folks porch. I didn't go down into town in Bridgewater at all this trip. It was the annual town garage sale and I didn't want to get a) stuck in traffic or b) tempted to spend money I didn't have on me.
