    finished headboard

    Dang, daughters can ask for a bunch of stuff, but then most of you know that already Here is the completed headboard, I've still got to build the little gal a bookcase.
    I once heard that cats and women will do darn well what they please and that men and dogs would do well to accept it and just go on.

    What did you finish it with? I'm not sure if its just the flash, but it looks pretty shiney.

    I remember back when I had about that many days to go. Man time flies and now there is no more days left to go to work. It'll happen for you faster than you think. I remember one of my co-workers had retired and I said that I had 3 years to go, he commented that it would seem like just yesterday when the day came for me to retire, he was right.

    It is going to be attached to a metal foundation frame. I'll use hanger bolts and nuts and won't even bore the holes until I get to the frame. Oh, and thanks for the comment.
