Those are good trucks - I don't know what year yours is, but I had a '98 that looked a lot like that. It was a solid vehicle and a pleasure to drive. It had a 350 c.i. Vortec and even so, if I set the cruise at a nice peaceful 55mph, it would turn out about 26-28 mpg (cdn). My 2000 Silverado is not as good of a truck and my 2003 isn't as good as the 2000 ...
