    what is black cabbage?

    One of my woodturning club members has made contact with a supplier of some unusual woods. Among them is 'black cabbage bark'. Nebber heered of the stuff. Anybody have an idea of what it looks like, how it turns, etc.?

    only black cabbage i`ve seen was found in the bottom drawer of the fridge after vacation
    [SIZE="1"] associated with several importers and manufacturers.[/SIZE]
