Looks like a sweet user to me!

He actually had 4 people bidding...
"I am enclosing two tickets to the first night of my new play; bring a
    friend...if you have one."
--George Bernard Shaw to Winston Churchill

"Cannot possibly attend first night, will attend second..if there is
    one."

"NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THIS ONE "

OOOOO....I really what that! Too bad the bidding ended and it sold!

Al, I do agree with you. Someone really got screwed!

    Hey guys

Knowing NOTHING about vintage planes, I can't follow your comments, what was wrong with the plane/price? What do you think would have been a fair price?

Thanks, it looked like that to me, but I wasn't sure if it wasn't some "exotic" thing I hadn't seen before so I wasn't sure about the context of your comments

Something crossed my mind last night. Someone could have bought that to part out. I don't keep up with plane prices since I am not into collecting. I have the ones I want and use. I know a lot of planes are worth double the money parted out as they are whole. The buyer may have been smarter than we gave credit for.
