    Just a quicky.........

......... but but man I love working this wood!

    Attachment 1057

I had a chunk of this Sakura sitting there, and I did not have much time, so I turned a little handle for my chainsaw file.

This sure is nice wood to work, hard, but turns smooth, and works up a nice shine with ease (well with sandpaper ).

Sometimes this little quicky jobs are oh so satisfying!

Cool little tool Stu!!!! I like the Sakura too. It's a pleasure to turn. I think I have some packed in a box somewhere.

I got lots of it, if you want to turn a handle, tell me and I'll send you a handle blank.

    Cheers!

Neat idea Stu. One of these round chain saw files is what I use to clean glue out of pen tubes before assembley. Need a nice handle for mine too!

Hi Stu and Corey...nice shape, Stu.

And Corey, that's what my wife uses as well. Says it works great.

I try to stay away from spinning things as much as possible. She and y'all are braver than I am <g>...

    Take care, Mike
