Nice additions to an already awesome setup, Doug. Still looks a bit too clean, but I'm sure that'll handle itself with time.![]()

It's been a while since I've done any updates so I thought I'd share. First pic is of an updated digital crosscut fence for the slider
Got some adjustable work tables from Hess
JDS multi router. Made a small stand with wheels
Williams Hussey moulding machine
Finally got around to building a bigger clamp rack
Decided to buy a Jessem top and lift and built my own router table
Also pick up a plunge router while doing the router table
And finally picked up a 20" disc sander from conquest Ind.
Thanks for looking

Rock-on Doug. Things are really coming together. You have been busy.

Thanks Glenn. Just running out of room. Have been doing several jobs and have several lined up.

very nice additions doug.
hey what about the kreg framing table, i thought you picked one up awhile back. how do you like that thing by the way.
glad you are busy
chris
doug, how were you assembling frames before? or maybe if i remember correctly you weren't, you were doing frameless. anyhoo, do you find you can be productive with the kreg table? i am using a flat homemade table right now and after half a day on it my neck is killing me from looking down, i was thinking the angled table on the kreg might help this. what ya think?
thanks
chris
Chris I do both frameless and face frames. The jobs before I got the kreg table I just used a flat table. But if you do a lot of face frames I would definitely recommend the kreg table. The last kitchen I did was I think was about 10 frames and it took under an hour to put the frames together. It will also alleviate the stiff neck.
You might look around for used. Woodweb or machine king etc.
Doug
thanks doug,
ok, i had only heard you talk of frameless in the beginning. it's good to be able to do both.
an average job for me is about 20-25 frames. the one i am on now is 40 frames, and the next one will be about 55 probably.
those two are really big though, not usual.
i think i will start considering one much more very soon.
i try to buy things that will both make my job easier and faster. so this sounds like it fits the bill
thanks for the input
