Wood too....
I might drive quite a distance for free useable wood.
Heck, I have to drive quite a distance to BUY wood
Thats a hoot Bruce
I guess it really doesn't hurt to ask, but isn't Rio Rancho about 10 minutes from Albuquerque and can't you drive across most of Albuquerque in 30 minutes or less? It takes me almost 10 minutes to drive to Lowes. I have a Home Depot about 3 minutes away, but has too limited of a selection. So, I usually end up driving the 10 minutes to get to a bigger Home Depot or Lowes. If I go to WoodCraft or Rockler it is a good 30-40 minute or longer drive depending on traffic. Getting good hardwood lumber is an even longer drive.
Mike, RR is a good 35 minutes from my house and closer to 60 minutes during rush hour.
This place has been growing like crazy for the last 10 years.

works for the ALBQ newspaper. Seems they ( and graiglist ) left out a bit . . . its a Scout troop. Still does look funny though !
I guess that I has been growing! I spent my High School years in Alamogordo, and went to NMSU in Alamogordo and in Las Cruces. MIL still lives in Alamogordo. The last time I was in Albuquerque was about 12 years ago. We were going from MIL house to Colorado on vacation. Must be a real boom town now.
I tried taking a look and got a message saying the posting had been flagged for removal.
