    Belt Sander Drag Racing

    Been hangin with the neander crowd too long.
    So searching for the latest power tool excitement i found this;
    At AWFS this summer they held the BSRA National Championships.
    BSRA - as in Belt Sander Racing Association. :-)

    Maybe you all have seen this already, but if you haven't, then check out the video at

    Hey that is neat, I bet a guy could put a LOT of hours into hopping up a belt sander for the "Modified" class of racing

    I'm thinking everything lightened and upgraded to put the power to the belt, a VERY low CG and oh, a bunch of other stuff..... yeah, that would be fun!
