    Bonker

I've seen and heard of these bonkers/mallets so I decided to try one myself. It's some mulberry that my MIL's neighbor gave me. About 7" long and 3" wide at its widest.

Should be hard enough, IIRC. But the mulberry I have is all yellow.

That's what my dad said too, but I've eaten mulberrys off this tree before he cut it down. It really is orange in color. Maybe with time the color will change?

The grain looks cool regardless, and it looks like it should be comfortable enough to handle. I've been wanting to turn myself one, but I've been too lazy.

Great looking bonker Jeff. I was going to ask to cause all the mulberry I have turned around here is yellow.

Sorry to disagree with the pack here Jeff, but that's not a bonker.

It's way too nice for the bonker category; you done turned a mallet, man. And a fine one, at that.
