Out for a Walk

Well today it was nearly 80 degrees, something really odd here in maine. I had to watch Alyson, but hey that was alright. After running a whole slew of errands this morning, Alyson and I decided a good walk would be fun. I tossed her into her backpack and we headed out.

The following links will show you that we hiked out through our woodlot and crop ground. We snapped pictures as we went, so this is what we saw...

Great Travis! Imagine, only a 6 degee difference between Fl and Maine in October! Who woulda thunk?

Pretty country Travis.....Neat munchkin you have there!

Hang in there.....the 2nd cold front in a week has come through Idaho and it's headed east.

Our night time lows dropped from the high 60s to the low 40s a week ago. There is snow in the high country. The LOML won't drive out of the valley in the wintertime. She just made the last driving trip of the season to Vancouver to see our great grandson. I think an airplane ticket to see him at Christmas will surprise and excite her!
