SketchUp Templates--Revisiting the Subject

Dave,

Just downloaded it. We've got a 4 day "good weather" window, so I'll be spraying most of the time, but will check it out when I get a chance.

Thanks,

Excellent summary....I already have tried out some of the styles and will soon make several templates.

I tried out the stright line styles (ones with 1px lines, 2 px lines, etc). Right now using the default template, the lines print blotchy wide on my HP inkjet, so I thought specifying the thinner lines might make the print look better. Unfortunately, lines seemed thinner when printed but the particular view I tried had numerous "partial" lines all over. Not a feasible result.

Sorry for the digression. Thanks Dave for the summary.

Sketchup beginner

Dave,
I have just joined this forum. I am also new to Sketchup.
I have downloaded most of the training videos posted by Google.
I like to build boxes and would like to use Sketchup to design the boxes prior to building.
I have figured out how to draw a component of the box (say the front or back) I have not figured out how to draw a miter bevel on the component and then show it fitting with other components.
Is there a place I can get help?
Thanks for any advice you might give.
