    I was volunteered

The Art teacher at school volunteered me for an art auction for my district. The auction will benifit the art departments in Lansing.

This bowl is maple, I think, and is 11 by 4.5

Looks like a winner to me Pete! Art departments need all the help they can get. The school wife works at doesn't have much of a budget for art, but the art teacher gets creative and the students enjoy it. Well Done!

Pete, very good looking bowl, and good luck with the auction.
Wish we had in the Netherlands more interest in what woodturners are doing.
