    Curly Maple Candy Dish

    Curly Maple 7 1/4" x 2". Two coats of Watco Natural, one coat of Minwax Gloss Poly, buffed.

    It's a small bowl but it finished great and the curl is breathtaking!

    I welcome any and all comments and critiques.

    I sure do like that wood Steve!! It fits the bowl quite nicely and the bowl is very elegant as well.

    That bowl looks absolutely wrinkled...like you need to iron it. That's some GREAT curl, Steve. The bowl's a great way to show it off, too.

    Great bowl Steve, really eye catching. Love the simple design, let the wood do the talking. Sometimes the simple design is the hardest to pull off. You nailed this one.
