    Updated Shop Tour

    Hi Folks,

I haven't been active in awhile, but I wanted to post a link to an updated tour of my basement shop.

    Thanks for looking!

Thomas, nice shop. It looks like you have all the bases well covered.
    Thanks for the tour.

No, not all of SoCal is Los Angeles!
I use those same shelf standards and shelf supports for my lumber. I mounted it with 1/4" lag screws which stick out and make some positions unusable. I am redoing the wall and will re-mount. What type of screws did you use to hang the standards?

    Hi Glenn,

    I used 2 1/2" #8 screws.

Thanks for the comments folks. The shop is really my fortress of solitude. I sometimes just go down there and watch TV.

I go to my shop just to get away and clear my mind. I understand the statement that "my shop is my fortress of solitutde". It is the one place I can go to get something done.
