    8 brothers and 3 sisters

    Still practicing
    This weekend I finished these 8 platters (dia 13.5 inches, h 1.75")
    and 3 boxes (dia around 5.25 inches). I used red cedar.
    I gave some coats with home made shellac and waxed by hand.

    My wife is happy with these presents.
    I think she will require a plate rack

    Absolutely stunning, Alfredo! I like the boxes a lot but I LOVE the platters.
