I guess I should introduce myself..

I'm Chuck Ellis, and I followed Frank's post from another site here.. liked what I saw and joined.. I'm in east Tennessee, retired about 2 years ago and have been turning about 5 years. Started on pens and now try to turn everything I can think of. I do most of my work on Jet 1014, but also still have my first lathe, a Ridgid from Home Depot. It's cumbersome but still a fair lathe.

Howdy Chuck. Good to see another turner climb on board. Most guys get the big lathe second...I see you went in reverse order. (But still an upgrade, I'm sure.)

Hi Chuck, glad to have you here. Gettin' there, pretty soon we will have them outnumbered. Rennie is getting scared.
