    Tires........

A Japanese buddy is looking for some tires, they are ending up HARD to find, he wants BF Goodrich Radial T/A 285/70R15 Seems that BF Goodrich does not make them anymore

Anyone know of a good online shop that might have some stock left?

I know that shipping to Japan will be KILLER, he needs two tires. His other option is to buy FOUR new wheels and FOUR new tires........

    Cheers!

    Stu,

I work for Bridgestone/Firestone and we have over 2000 retail stores here in the US. Let me check today and see if we have anything, we always end up with lots of odd sizes.

He might also check out 2 online wholesalers.

Wow, both of those links, when I searched, showed NO TIRES in that size

That's a very interesting request. More and more lately, many of the tires being sold in the U.S. are made in Japan.

Thanks for the Try Ad, but the size I want is not in their list.

Frank, my brand new Toyota Van came with Goodyear tires

That's an...well, "odd" is the best word I can use for that size. Lemme guess: restoring a 1970-ish muscle car?
Where are we going? And what am I doing in this handbasket?
