I know you're not asking someone to send you a pirated copy of those plans...are you?
Even Norm deserves a buck: Router Table Plans 
But then again, you could just look at the pictures, figure out what dimensions would work for YOU, then use Sketchup (or a bar napkin) to draw your own plans.
Let's see those plans as you develop them...I'm sure folks would be happy to help with the design...myself included!
