    Very nice Everybody should have a tree with vises
    What are you going to do about the twinscrew chain cover since your's is longer than LV's max length?

    Not MAPLE Great idea, but go for something contrasting and you'll end up with something really stunning. Maple will blend in with your vise jaws too much. Maybe walnut, paduak, purpleheart...???

    Same here. Just doing the ole Michigan 2-step. 2 steps forward, then 1 step back, and repeat...
    Been mostly tending to the bottom side drilling/routing for hardware and the legs. Not very pic-worthy changes yet.
