    baby crib thread?

I have looked and searched for a thread about baby crib finishes...I am sure I saw it here or a article in a magazine, anybody know where it is?

    Thanks, as usual

Steve, I used Shellac on my granddaughter's cradle. Don't know any reason it wouldn't work for you.

    That's what I was looking for...Thanks

Never used shellac, but I have used laquer. Might have to try shellac although it is a good sized crib and one of the comments was to not do a very big area.

    How would spraying shellac work?

I make a crib for our great grand daughter and finish it with poly. I think all finishes now are safe after they are cured.
