    square cherry bowl

    did this one for my clubs competition: a piece standing on 4 or fewer feet no larger than 2 mm. had some cherry so I cut it square and got this: mineral oil and then buffed. 3 3/4*3 3/4* 1 1/2 inches. Critique Please!! btw both these photos have been enhanced with photoshop. the first one is by hand, the others are auto color correction.

    I like it Ben! Nice design and I really like the wood! I think you have a better eye for color than the program and think you should stick with what looks right ot you. Nice work - you should do well in the competition!

    Nice Job !

    Outstanding piece Ben. Very cool idea. I imagine you did or will do well in the competition. Beautiful piece of wood with good attention to grain orientation. Excellent photos too.
