    Artist Table Complete

I finally finished the drawer units for the Artist's table I started a while back. This shouldn't have taken nearly as long as it did!

Here is a picture of the complete set up. The corner work table and the two drawer units.

And here's a pic of one of the drawer units.

I have been saying that a lot lattely. Must be something in the air.

    Oh yea, looks great.

Great job, Ed. Are the tops of the drawer units laminate?

I used melamine for the table top and drawer box tops. For what she does it should give the durability and be easy to clean.

    Hi Ed ,
That really turned out to be a very nice project. It looks so nice and well done. I really like your solution to the table. A skirt wide enough to support the front diagonal, or hide the piece that does, yet narrow enough to allow room for the knees. How did you attach your legs to the apron/skirt and did feel the need for extra support under the top?

Looks good too as a set, with matching tops and color. Congratulations, oh, and why did it take so long? Seems like yesterday you started...
