    Introduction from Remlik VA

I just joined this forum. I have been knocking around the woodworking internet forums for about 10 years now starting back with The Oak and American Woodworker sites. My original screen name was Lagrange. I started as a flat woodworker but got interested in round about 6 years ago. My first lathe was a Nova 3000; I now have a Oneway 1640 which I enjoy very much.

I have operated a sawmill (WoodMizer) since 1985. My main business is custom sawing; we also make custom flooring. Having a sawmill is really handy for cutting my turning blanks.

Barbara, Welcome this is a great place. I've done flat work for some time but just started turning. Every one is quick to help and have been a lot of fun.

Welcome Aboard Barbara!, I just had to look up where Remlik was... in case my folks were nearby. Let's see... tidewaters area vs, shenandoah valley.... not quite next door, but maybe my wife and kids won't mind a slight detour
