    Does anyone know what this is?

    It was given to me & has been in the shop a while.

    This is a device either to set saw teeth or to assist in setting saw teeth? I've seen them kicking around flea markets, and I might even have one here, but I've never used one.

    Seen quite a few . . .

    on da bay. They always seem to be billed as saw sets. Never used one though. Could be a " RARE saw set " worth that $ 599.00 !

    they were used for setting the teeth on croscuts bart, never used one but have seen them used and have used the crosscuts..you probally can see file marks on it too. everyone must have one they are quite prevalent
