    Box Elder HF

Got a "Wish you were here" card from my lathe this weekend, so...

Box Elder, 3"H x 3-3/4"W. Sanded 'til I got tired of sanding, finished with Seal-A-Cell, and buffified.

Beautiful little hollow form Neal! Great colors, form and finish! I also like the photo! Very clean focus and I like the way the main light casts a small shadow - gives the form more dimension. Very nice work - good to see you turning again!

Neal, a beautiful hollow form, what a surprising wood with the red colored spots. I find it SUPER.
Keep up your very good work.

Glad to see you got a chance to do some turning. Looks like you've still got the knack. That's a great-looking little hollow form.
