Finished several parts for the device, under which the crankaxle drive, and almost the wooden frame. I placed for the picture the wooden frame on the bed of the lathe, actually this is the place where the device belongs.
the wooden frame is made of hardwood, in this case pretty hard meranti, and I mounted the spindle for the rockin headstock, I had to do that for lining up the spindle with rollerbearing during the glueing process.
All the work goes slowly, I have all to made by hand, also a time consuming job to make perfectly fit the rollerbearings.
But step by step I'm driving into the right direction, still a lot of parts to go.
