Nice old tools

Found this on C/L, Portland, OR area. Looks like a nice opportunity for a small, precision type shop to me.

I've got an Inca 10" jointer/planer belt drive unit. I love firing that thing up and making chips. It never balks and leaves a very impressive surface. It would be nice if the tables were longer, but it's an incredibly precise machine.
That price seems a bit tall for those machines. I think they're probably worth it, but there's a pretty small market for older, light weight precision machines with limited capacity.
