Just wondering how often do most of you have to wax the tables on your saws, jointers etc. and what do you use?

Johnson's paste wax has worked well for me for many years.
I wax monthly unless I notice that material doesn't pass smoothly over the waxed surfaces.

Once or twice a year. And my shop is very-very damp in warm weather.

We've had our Unisaw since late 1993, and I don't think it's ever had a coat of wax on it. Of course, our humidity stays below 35% the majority of the time, so we don't have a rust problem.

Probably about ever other month with Johnson's Paste Wax.
Sad to say, I don't get to the shop every day... sometimes it goes a week or two in between my visits.
So I probably get more milage on my wax than someone who is in the shop every day.
