Like minded people make similar things, mine are practising pieces as well, one is a through dovetail, the other is a half lap dovetail.

Guilty as charged.
Totally guilty as charged. I have even taken a mortise joint to show people what quality should look like.
Not that i made the joint myself but it came from a company i was involved in trying to save. I still have the sample above my desk on the shelf.
Cannot think to get rid of it. Maybe the day i can do it as good.
