I've got some foam floor pads I'll put on the floor to stand on. I'm tired of sitting for hours on end.

Ok, So I've got a prototype 'stand' put together and using it on my desk. Cheap plywood and pocket screws...

I'll give it a shot tomorrow to see how it works.

Ok, First full day on the S.D. and I liked it. Height was at 42". I've got a little bar stool I can sit on if I need to, but it's so uncomfortable that I don't do it for long.

Off to day 2!

Here you go. Crappy plywood stand slapped together, uniquely, artistically decorated shop stool.

The height works, the rest is just plain cluttered and ugly. But if I can use this for a month, I will work on improving the situation.

looks like a perfectly functional prototype to me. Doesn't have to be 'pretty' for proof of concept and/or workability!

I don't know. If I worked at home, I think I would build a reclining desk...with the prerequisite accessories, pillows.

I think you are right. I've got 4 computers hooked up to that with a kvm switch. If this works out, I'll design it to add another monitor to the mix... :thumb:

With work, I've got the work laptop screen and the main monitor running at the same time. That's about all that poor little laptop can drive, but it'd be nice to have another whole monitor devoted to FWW...
