Table Fare:)

Hmm...so it appears that some folks can't see a pic if it's over the 150KB limit. If I recall correctly, we've got things set up so the forum software is supposed to be resizing oversized images, but that still doesn't explain why some people can see them and others can't. this is especially puzzling for the pic in post #18 that I hosted (instead of attached).

By the way Larry, I like the way you darkened the background in this shot.

ok dano, how did you fix it so others could see it? and thanks for the replys,, also vaughn, photoshop is our friend when you get the right buttons turned on. i ran into this trick while at work some time back and liked it.
on those pics i tried to get to work i had reduced them considerable the last time and still you and others couldnt see them even saved way back in version as well.
also vaughn why doesnt the forum accept tiff's?

all i did was to sign on with chrome, save both pics, resized them to 700 pixels by what ever the other number came up, the pics dropped below the 150k limit, and i posted them as i usually do.

ok,, now here is some questions for you folks to contemplate:)
allen brought up a question or comment previously and so i thought this might be a good example to use for it..will start a new thread for it.. thanks for the replys..

Larry, all of the versions you posted were over 150KB. The ones that Dan posted were both under 100KB. He just needed to increase the JPEG compression (lower the "Quality" slider) to reduce the file size.

As far as the TIFF files, I'm not sure why the software doesn't support them, although the TIFF format is not nearly as common as the formats we do support.
