BOX SWAP 2013 - Boxes are showing up!!,

Mine's done. Will be "finished" tomorrow. Will send Tom my address.

I darn near threw in the towel and started all over. Part of the box is beech. Well, I had to learn some new sanding techniques or start over with wood I know how to sand. Learning won.

Gentlemen, I'm afraid I'm going to have to back out. Just have too much on my plate at this point in time to be able to finish anything by the end of the month.

My apologies, but I'll be jealously watching from the sidelines.
 
When the June party gets here, I'll setup that table top on saw horses on the back patio and I'll pretend it's a table.
 
My box is done, except for applying 2-3 more coats of EM6000. I'll have plenty of photos. No problem being able to get this one out the door because I'm making a similar box for LOML! ;)
 
TWO WEEKS LEFT till the deadline for the box swap, after this weekend, mine will be ready for finish:) I have received 6 confirmations of boxes ready to ship so hope for a bunch more:thumb:
 
OK there is only 10 days left folks and I have 10 confirmations including me:) mine is done except for two more coats of finish which will be done Thursday, so I guess the is my official entry, maybe I need to PM myself:rofl: so how many more are going to participate???
 
That is why I'm doing the swap this way, things happen, that's totally understandable:) everyone will do their best and I look forward to the finals:) I wish you all the best to complete your boxes, the more the merrier:) those that can't, no problem, just follow along and maybe things will work out better next time:) just came up from the shop after coat #4, one more to go....had to call the wifey down to look at the....ah.....wood and got her approval:thumb:

Not sure if I can crank something out fast enough ... but I'd sure like to. I'll get back to ya.
 
Got it, thank ya kindly:) All right there are 13 participants.....SO FAR, so are there anymore hiding out there??? There is room and a few more days to go yet:D
