Bathroom Cabinet - Newest Project - Finished!

It's baaaaaaack!

After a month or more of catching up on yard work, a weekend campiig, and so many other distractions I finally returned to the shop this weekend to get back to my bathroom cabinet.

The first order of business was to cut the hole in the wall in the bathroom where the cabinet would be installed. Now you see it......

Now you don't! DSCN1272.JPG

Interesting use for pocket screws, don't you think?

All the while my helper was ready to pitch in if needed....... right. DSCN1278.JPG

Next weekend......finish and install the door!. DSCN1281.JPG

Looking good, Rennie. :thumb: I'd forgotten about this project, so I had some catching up to do. Looks like you're on the home stretch now.

I like the cabinet within a cabinet idea. :)

At long last

Well, after too long a time, and lots of computer problems (Thanks Greg - you saved the day!) here is the last installment. Everything is done except the knob on the door. I am so happy to get this finished and out of the shop so I can move on to one of the other 100 or so projects on my list!

Here is the cabinet installed DSCN1294 up.JPG

Then the cabinet inside the cabinet (still needs a shelf) DSCN1296 up.JPG

And a close-up of the drawers DSCN1297 up.JPG

The outer cab is pine to match the woodwork in the master bedroom and bath, the panel is maple and the drawers are weeping birch (we had one in the yard that died a couple of years ago). The interior cabinet is maple ply.
