Sidewalk Turkeys?

Caught a picture this afternoon of these two sunning themselves on the front sidewalk. We had rain last night so I suspect they were just drying out and warming up a bit, although they do this all year round.

If the road runner was as fat as those birds in the video, Coyote would have had a chance. To honor the truth, when I watched those cartoons being a kid I hated the road runner and felt sorry for coyote.

It is an unfortunate truth that I could be mistaken as a stuntman for some of the characters in those Rollin' Safari videos.
