Vaughn, you are right, I thought it was a chip out but it is from the v-carve bit for the lettering. Not sure I can move the lettering down enough to avoid this so may be in future ones as well. Jonathan, the hole at base of tree is correct. Thanks for the info on Padauk and stains...

Ding! Ding!! David found it. Halloween should only have two L's, not three. I did not catch this until I was painting the sign. For sure it is now a collectors item for me.

Glad to see you have a plan but I am not yet convinced of the advantage. Still have to change the tool. Still have to Z zero the new tool. It takes nothing to select the next G code file and start running it. Ditto, ditto, ditto for each tool needed. I'll be watching for sure. Thanks.
