Make a bead board. The boards are 8" wide. The bull nose bit would reach upward on the router table say 2" max. If you turn the board over you would catch the other 2" inches. For safety would think that would be pushing it. Have special order to build a cabinet such as this with barn wood...

Bought Hitachi SB 8V2 Belt Sander yesterday. Went to use it this morning. This is what I am getting. (4th board) Used all the adjustments, read the manual etc. As you can see it is sanding about 3/4 inch of 3" inch sander paper?? Do I take it back???????? Got it from Lowes.
