I needed a sign for the offices @ the vet center. We have a new Logo. The background is in the shape of the State of Arizona, The mountains are the San Tan mountains where I live, the Cactus symbolizes the desert, the 6 stars are for the 6 branches of the military and the Bird is the Phoenix. The sign is 12" high and 50 inches wide. The capital letters are 7" each.

Looks great, Don. :thumb: Did you print the whole sign (including the background) or just the individual letters and logo?

That's what I was guessing. I was trying to figure out how you could print a long piece with no joints in it. (If I zoom in on the pic I can see the joints on the bezel, but I doubt they show up with the sign installed. It came out looking great!

There is a printer that will print long stuff. but mine is limited to 350 mm x 350 x 350 So I made the end pieces 12" x 6 " and then the rest of the bezel is 8 -9 1/2" straight pieces. My slicer will take large pieces and divide it in smaller ones and even automatically put in dowels and other things to help you align the pieces when you piece it together live a puzzle but I didn't bother with that function. I may use it in the future since I want to make a larger logo for a bigger sign for the main building.
