A very pleasant surprise.

Looks like a pretty decent kit.

Be extra careful with the flat jaws, I've tossed a few bowls with that type hah. they're best used with tailstock pressure at basically all times, I'll often use them with a scrap of ply or HDPE on the tailstock to avoid marring the bowl bottom when I'm doing fine finish sanding.

I'd also highly recommend the two "Holding Power" articles and the two "tennon" articles Doc Green wrote. They were immensely helpful for me understanding how tenons and chucks work together (it's the shoulders... and the fit, but largely the shoulders).
