I had planned to make a breakfast fatty (http://lsatsb.blogspot.com/2013/08/the-breakfast-fatty.html) this morning. However, it turned out my daughter used the eggs this week and my wife threw out the last of the hash browns in a freezer purge last week. So I made a bacon wrapped sausage roll, which was filled with the remainder of the bacon which was crisped up first. I smoked it at 250* for about an hour or so until the internal temp hit 160.
We at least had a pancake mix, so worked out well.
