My daughter pulled out a picture of a small cubby hole bookcase and asked me if I could make her one out of whatever I had on hand
She gave me the exact measurements she wanted and I finished this
Oak with some stains I mixed up and a few coats of spray on lacquer(can)
Worked ok for this
Put some books and stuff in to show size
And the chairs I had left I painted them as I will gift them out eventually
I was busy with doing nearly 1000 linear feet of molding in my nieces new house purchase
I offered my saw no one wanted to be responsible to do the cutting so I had to
Been busy
My back is killing me
Three more projects I promised and I'm done building any large projects
I'm not closing my shop but I'm sticking to small fun arts and crafts type of stuff

I cheated on the face frame but no one will notice

My niece and nephew went the route of sanding down 20 something kitchen cab doors and then the faceframes
I was relieved because I thought they were going to ask me to make new doors
They are bringing me a bunch of drawers that need to be remade

I was impressed with the job my nephew did
He had a painter paint them but they came out looking great
New hinges and handles saved
Them a boatload of money
One less big job for me and I'm happy about that
