Arts & Crafts Grandfather Clock

This is a design I'm working on for a grandfather clock. It's based on one from about 1900. On the original, the chains on the weights run over wheels so they hang outboard of the movement. I'm hoping to find a movement that can be set up the same way.

Nice design. Will there be any dust shielding to keep the movement clean? I'd think that is probably one of the concerns I'd have with all the openings.

Darren, on the original the workings are in a box behind the face. There's a sliding back panel to provide access to the movement if needed. I need to find a movement that will work for the way the weights are set up and then I can finalize the design of the bottom of the box. This is what I have currently.
