Atezr V35 Pro Laser Build

Brent so far I am more than happy with the 35 watt laser. Some people like X tool call it a 40 watts (they round up) but in fact it is achieved by using 6 6watt laser focused on a singe lens. I think it's magic myself. My neighbor just got the X tool and we will be comparing but from what I can see it about the same as mine. I can tell you they will start a fire and they will burn though material. I have burned through 3.3 mm Baltic birch at 100 mm/sec. and the laser @ 100% power without any problems and as for quality. If you look at the picture above the marine eagle has a banner in his mouth with the words Semper Fidelis on the banner. You can't tell from the picture but in real life they are perfect and the letters are only 1mm tall. I hope this helps.

I was wondering how that unit worked. Cool. Maybe laser technology is evolving.

My 100 watt machine has a watercooled high voltage lead going to the tube, and the tube is about 100 mm diameter and about 3-4 feet long.

I like the idea of 6 beams concentrated into one beam. Cool.

first Production Run.... I plan on making several different coaster sets for the various branches and using them as fund raisers for the American Legion.

here is the finished items... note the detail. The Banner in the eagles mouth Reads Semper Fidelis in letters 1mm tall the picture came out a little blurry, I did't have a tripod to steady it when I took the pic.. This laser is meeting and exceeding all my expectations.

If you get a chance to run a little leather through it (more coasters?) I'd be really interested in how well it handles that as well!

Pretty dang decent looking results for the price so far!
