Hi All, I made this item about 40 years ago. I don't have a photo, but here's a Sketchup model made yesterday. I'm not sure what to call it, but this is on the inside wall just next to the back door. It is for keys, gloves, mail and miscellaneous things. It was very handy. Again, not a woodworker so I put it together with finishing nails and spackle.
