I've seen pictures of this tail stock wheel with a "spinner" projecting towards the rear. Does anyone know where I can get one? Mine does not have the spinner and is too small for my hand to easily fit and turn. I don't think modifying the existing handle is possible due to its shape.

Well.. there's this guys solution:

From what I can tell it's almost a Delta 46-140 lathe so parts from that MIGHT fit (they might not as well..)
But finding those .. doesn't look easy
https://www.ereplacementparts.com/ didn't have much.
https://www.toolpartsdirect.com/ claimed to know what the part was and sold them at one point (asking $185 😲) but had it listed as "obsolete and no longer stocked".

So I think you're down to ebay for pieces or carefully measuring and seeing if one of something like the grizzly or jet lathe parts would be close enough of a match (perhaps with boring out the handwheel).
