I built the Pask Makes (YouTuber https://paskmakes.com/download-your-plans/ ) handle jig today.

The handle shape felt good, but I’ve got a pretty aggressive blade in the bandsaw at the moment, so looks a bit like a corn cob.

The template at the bottom can be changed. I may add another 1/8” - 3/16” to the radius of the cut, by drilling the holes a bit further back on a new template.

Swapped the BS Blade and adjusted the guides. I got a bit cleaner cut this time.

It also occurred to me that I didn't need to make a new template, I just needed to make the slot for the blade deeper in the guide, and move the guide over another 1/8" or so.

I've got some walnut I'm going to give these a try on for smaller file handles. I'll have to go through my plumbing supplies and see what I have for 1/2" copper caps to use as ferrules. I also saw someone turning down brass pex couplings and splitting them to make two ferrules with.
