Made enough inserts to last quite a while.
For those that have not had these conversations . . . a replaceable backer for your drill press table is nice. A square one, off center, is nice in that it gives you four (or eight if you can flip) areas to destroy per insert. This is what I did for years. A round one, off center, gives you a variable number of uses depending on what you are doing but, assuredly more than four or eight .
