Cookie Dough Fat Bombs

I've been keeping some fat bombs on hand for a treat on our diet. So far I've made these twice. The second time use the brown sugar swerve in place of the regular, then also added some chopped pecans. We've been using Lilly's chocolates, but I found another brand, Guittard ( that is only 1 more net carb per serving, but is half the price as Lilly's.

The fat bombs are 1 net carb per serving (one bomb), maybe a few tenths more with the Guittard chips.
